Registration Now Open for the 136th SAR Annual Congress in Greensboro, North Carolina

Registration is now open for the 136th Annual Congress of the National Society Sons of the American Revolution, taking place July 10–16, 2026, in Greensboro, North Carolina. The event will be hosted by the North Carolina Society Sons of the American Revolution during the historic 250th anniversary year of American independence.

Compatriots and guests from across the nation are invited to attend a week filled with meetings, ceremonies, educational opportunities, tours, fellowship, and celebrations honoring America’s founding generation. Congress events will be held at the Sheraton Greensboro at Four Seasons – Koury Convention Center.

Planned activities include visits to historic Revolutionary War sites such as Guilford Courthouse National Military Park, Old Salem, and Historic Hillsborough, along with multiple Patriot grave marking ceremonies throughout North Carolina.

Members are encouraged to register early and make plans to join compatriots from across the country as the SAR gathers to celebrate 250 years of American independence and continue its mission of promoting patriotism, preserving American history, and educating future generations.
