First, try these steps to fix the issue:
1. Logout of http://sar.org and http://members.sar.org
2. Clear your temporary internet files and cookies. This forces your web browser to retrieve updated information from the website rather than relying on a stored copy. Make sure “All Time” is selected if a time frame is presented.

3. Log back into http://sar.org and http://members.sar.org
