Application Status Report


By clicking on the link below, you will open a PDF file that contains the current status of applications submitted to the NSSAR.


  • Members, please contact your State Point of Contact for information regarding the status of your application.
  • Once the report has opened, you can scroll down to the page or pages for your State Society.
  • To print only those pages, click "File" "Print" and then click Pages from and enter the page numbers in the two boxes.

The Application Status Report has been moved into the "members only" section of the website. To view the report you will need to login.

If you are a current applicant, please contact the SAR Society or Chapter Registrar that assisted you in completing the application for updates on your application status.

If you are currently an active Compatriot and wish to view the report, please click on the LOGIN tab and complete the creation of a user account (if you have not already done so).

Do not contact the National Genealogy Staff for updates on current status. This report is updated weekly.


The applications appearing on this report were received at Headquarters between the dates listed in under the report date read out above.


Q:

My Application has disappeared from the list, where did it go?

A:

If an application does not appear then it is either older than the start date or has not been entered into the system as of the end date.
