There are currently several methods in which an individual can prepare an SAR New Member Application or a Supplemental Application. Each option is listed below.
Application - SAR Online System - this is the newest system and is integrated into our new data system to improve the application workflow and also to collect the generational data from the application for the future creation of our own SAR research system. To follow this link requires you to be logged into the system.
Application - Adobe PDF - Please note that using any other portable document file (PDF) utility except Adobe Acrobat Reader will result in mismatched font sizes. This form allows the user to save the document to their hard drive for editing. It also works well when creating a Supplemental Application that shares much of the same lineage. Remember to use the "Save As" command, and change the name of the file when creating an application.
Application - Microsoft Word - this is a Microsoft Word file that allows the user to produce an application form that can be saved to a hard drive for editing later. Remember to use the "Save As" command, and change the name of the file when creating an application.
SARApAid by Cox Software - this is available through a third-party, licensed agreement. It will produce an application form and allow the user to save, edit, and print a completed form. The cost is $20 per downloadable software copy and a $10 renewal after 2 years from the date of purchase for future updates.
