who have purchased the SAR Patriot Index CD as well as for those wanting information about the
SAR Patriot Index.

Starting with Edition III of the SAR Patriot Index CD this SAR Information file has gone to the
Web i.e. to access most of the information listed here you must be "on line" to the Web. This
move has been made in light of the fact that most users of this CD will have Web connectivity
and to provide a means by which this information can be dynamically updated - something that
can not be done if embedded in a read only medium such as a CD.
