Huber Heights, OH 45424 Matthew was submitted by the RM Chapter. Rodger Moore is Chairman. THIRD PLACE Bradley R. Marion 5999 E State Rte 571 Tipp City, OH 45371 Bradley was submitted by the GRC Chapter. Paul Schenck is Chairman. The judging was done by Bill Ellerman, Tony Robinson, and Harry Sjolin. The contest this year was very close with only .9 of a point between first and third. First and Second were only .1 of a point apart.
