Constitution and Bylaws – Members:   Walter Baker, Jim Hesse, Perkins Patton
Duties:  Reviews and makes recommendation for change as needed.

Color Guard – Members:   George Biles, Perkins Patton
Duties: Develops and promotes uniformed color guards.  Coordinates events.

Eagle Scout – Members:   Jim Thompson
Duties: Coordinates list of Eagle Scouts, Obtains certificates and medals to present.
 
Medals and Awards – Members:   Walter Baker, Jim Hesse
Duties:  Recommends Medals and Awards for members of other persons.  Obtains the certificates and medals for the presentations.

Nominating - Members:
Duties:  Recommends as slate of officers to be placed on the ballot.

Newsletter -   Members:   Gene Tomlinson
Duties: Editor of newsletter.  See to its distribution.

ROTC – Members:   Jim Hesse
Duties: Coordinates list of ROTC Cadets.  Obtains certificates and medals to present.

2012 Congress Planning – Members:   Jim Thornton
Duties:  Coordinates planning activities with Arizona.
