The Leader Express is a publication to inform the NSSAR leadership on matters of day-to-day operations.  Sectional pieces contributed by staff members are intended to explain, and in certain cases demonstrate, how our efforts support your State and local Chapters.  You are encouraged to keep each edition as a reference or copy them for new less experienced officers.   We welcome your questions and comments.
