The Atlantic Middle States Association of the National Society, Sons of the American Revolution, is composed of seven societies: Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and the District of Columbia of the Mid-Atlantic District and New York and New Jersey of the North Atlantic District. There are 15 Districts in the SAR. Each year, at the Annual Congress, a Vice President General is elected to oversee the activities of each of the 15 Districts. Gary Bond was elected Vice President General of the Mid-Atlantic District during the 118th Annual Congress in Sacramento, CA, on July 8, 2008. North Atlantic District VPG's serve two terms. John Moller was elected for the first of his two terms in Sacramento.
