It is my pleasure to invite you to the Fall Leadership Conference/Trustees Meeting to be held at the Brown Hotel in Louisville, Kentucky on September 27 - 29, 2012.
National committees will meet on Friday. It is the responsibility of each chairman to notify committee members of the time and place of their meeting, and I anticipate that the schedule of meeting times and places will be posted on the web site soon . The Trustees meet on Saturday afternoon where reports will be presented by national officers and committee chairmen. Please note that Debbie Smalley must have your written report no later than September 10, 2012. The report form can be printed by using the following link: http://www.sar.org/node/161. Dinner banquets are scheduled for Friday and Saturday evenings for your social pleasure.
Get Your “Kilt” On! - Wear your kilt, sporran, ghillies and the rest of your Highland outfit to Friday’s Dinner at the Fall Leadership Meeting! September 28th Let’s See How Many Clans Are Represented! Ladies too - show your clan pride!
For those interested in accommodations in the Brown Hotel, I recommend that reservations (1-888-888-5252) be scheduled immediately as the space there is limited.
