Overview:  A short lesson on the ratification by the states of the U.S. Constitution and the states' placement on the flag.

Target Audience:  This exercise is ideal for younger students in the primary grades who are beginning their study of U.S. history.  It can also serve as the basis of a presentation on the addition of new states to the Union.

Tips:  This little game is fun for younger students and for older students of history as well.
