Overview:  A poetry contest with formal judging and where prizes are given to students who write poems addressing topics of historical importance.  Entries are submitted and winners get a chance to read their poem and receive a prize.

Target Audience:  Secondary school students

Cost:  Prize money and printing of announcements

Tips:  Get other organizations to help.  Enlist volunteer help!
