| Review and analyze proposed bylaw amendments and new bylaws for form, content, and possible conflicts with the Constitution or other bylaws; suggest revisions where appropriate; maintain a continuing survey of the bylaws to insure consistency with other bylaws and the Constitution; and to make recommendations to the Annual Congress concerning proposed amendments, new bylaws, bylaws that may conflict with other bylaws, and bylaws that have become obsolete. Also responsible for receiving resolutions from state societies and chapters and presenting them in the proper form to be voted upon at the National Congress. |
