Supplemental Lineage Application
Members having more than one qualifying ancestor may file supplemental applications. Since one of the SAR's objectives is to acquire and preserve the records of the individual service of patriots of the war, all members having more than one qualifying ancestor are strongly urged to prepare and file supplemental applications.
Supplemental applications must be submitted in duplicate, in exactly the same manor as the original membership applications.
If a supplemental application cannot be approved within the currently accepted time-frame, it will be withdrawn and no monies will be refunded. The supplemental application fee is retained for cost of review.
